An Evening of Reflection, Learning, and Action

As the High Holy Days approach, we are called not only to look inward at our own lives, but outward at the world around us. How do we transform the personal act of repentance into a collective commitment to social repair?

You are invited to attend this meaningful and inspiring Slichot Program featuring guest speaker Joshua B. Cohen, Regional Director of Development for North American Development for Leket Israel, who will be joining us as a guest of Canadian Friends of Leket.

Together, we will explore the deep spiritual themes of the Slichot prayers and the High Holy Days season. We will look at how our communal responsibility to heal the world is beautifully intertwined with the vital mission of Leket Israel and the core Jewish value of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world).

Followed by refreshments and reception, and a Slichot Service at 10:00 pm.
