Professionals in the Jewish community as well as Jewish agency staff and volunteers are invited to this free workshop where they will learn when and how to administer Naloxone (Narcan) which can reverse an opioid overdose. Opioids are toxic substances found in street drugs such as fentanyl and oxycontin and fatal overdoses are sadly quite common in Vancouver.

Participants will all receive their own intramuscular Narcan kits so that they will be equipped with both the skills and the tools to intervene in such situations. For more information please write to [email protected]
