Leaping Into Pesach | A Virtual Passover Preparation
With Rabbi David Zaslow
Mon, Mar 23 | 7-8:30pm
Passover celebrates our liberation from Egypt—but its roots reach back to ancient springtime festivals. Join Rabbi David to explore how early lambing rituals shaped the holiday and how the Exodus story became a lasting symbol of freedom.
We’ll also look at how Christians and later movements—from Abolitionists to the Civil Rights movement—drew on this powerful narrative of liberation.
The goal of our class will be to enhance our family seders with a new sense of how to celebrate freedom. Register here.
