 \n \n\nTikva currently serves over 300 people\, with 100% occupancy in ou
 r 168 subsidized rental units and by providing rent subsidies for those li
 ving in market rentals facing a temporary crisis.\n\n \n\nDespite our eff
 orts\, there are over 300 applicants on the Jewish Housing Registry’s g
 rowing waitlist.  The ONLY way that Tikva can address our community’s .
