 nd personal empowerment combine into the School of Mussar.  This four week
  course introduces us to ancient Jewish approaches that teach us how to ow
 n our free will\, make choices\, reduce our stress and heal the world.  It
  sounds like an impossible achievement but we learn how to take our first 
 steps and open choices we never knew we had. \n\nBecause sometimes being a
  mensch requires a methodology. No previous Mussar study required.
