Join us and explore the farm, meet the many farm animals that live here, see the variety of food plants, and look into the world of life in the pond. Treat our growing foods as food on the shelf at a grocery store, and be sure to ask someone before touching or feeding any animals! Our mission is to grow and protect local food systems, while providing visitors with a chance to experience farm life and understand the unique and beautiful animals and ecosystems in Southlands.

We will learn all about Bees and Honeymaking!

Cost - $15 Per Family

11 AM - Arrival at the farm

11:30 AM - Lesson on how honey is made, dipping farm apples into fresh honey, honey to take home!

12:00 PM - Lunch break (bring your own lunch)

12:45 PM - Shofar Workshop

1:30 PM - Program Ends

There will also be an opportunity to visit and pet the farm animals!
